            DISADVANTAGES


  • The main disadvantages of split workout is you can't skip the workout.you need to keep excersie until your whole body part is covered during the week..
  • if workout is skipped it would create an imbalance in muscles which lead to one of musscle grow more than other.. ex having a good arm but not trainig legs led to thin legs
  • Calorie burn is less as compared to full body workout.


        FULL BODY WORKOUT



In a full body workout you trained each and every part of your body .
example :-
chest,biceps,triceps,back,legs.

                 ADVANTAGES. 

  • This would help you a lot to burn the calories and even your fat. so full body workout is best for the calories burning.
  • it would create a balanced body . by hitting all muscle groups in one workout.
  • there would be no problem if you miss one day workout. as it is suggested to go gym thrice a week if you perform full body workout.. 

                 DISADVANTAGES

  • The major problem of full body workout is to handle the intensity . it would be hard to handle the intensity while performing full body workout
  • It would also lead to over training and causes harm to your body
  • would not be able to focus on a single /targeted muscle group..
